Our report will also inform you of any conditions in your home which may cause buyers to request a reduction in the listing price.
THE WORK
The second step in the process is to do the work to eliminate conditions that will distract prospective buyers from seeing the true value of your home. You can complete the work yourself, or I can manage this process for you to get the work done. We have an amazing team of affordable, insured associates who can complete any work that will assist with preparing your home for the competitive real estate market.
THE SHOWCASING
The third step, the Showcasing is the highlight of the staging process. After the work is done, Laurie's team will maximize the flow, size and features of your home by strategically arranging furniture, accessories, lighting, artwork and props. We ensure that each staged room makes a statement and amplifies the room’s function while making the prospective buyers recognize the value of your home.
